Acceptable Location, Disappointing Cleanliness

poor maintenanceexcessive noise
The room felt old and poorly maintained. There were holes in the wall, and the room had minimal amenities. There was no light next to the bed. The noise was excessive because of the central location and lack of double-glazed windows. This resulted in poor sleep. They threw my food away because it wasn't labelled, even though I put it in the fridge that morning.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

bus stopshelpful staffnightclub noise
The hotel's location near the bus stops made exploring easy. The staff was very helpful, especially with luggage storage before and after check-in. The room was spacious, clean, and offered good value. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception for late arrivals.
The noise from a nearby nightclub was quite disruptive. It continued until early morning hours, impacting sleep quality. The old windows did little to block out the sound.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast included several options, but tables were not cleaned regularly! Guests had to clear their own tables, which caused some inconvenience. Coffee machines are available in the foyer, however, one machine gave me a black coffee instead of a cappuccino.
Service
9/10
The reception operates 24/7, enabling late check-ins and early departures. The staff was smiling and provided quick registration. I was allowed to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. They did not provide information about car parking, however.
Rooms
8/10
The room was spacious and clean, it featured large windows, but they did little to block out noise. Bed frames were metal, and the mattress was comfortable enough. I received the sheets upon arrival and made the bed myself.

Excellent location and helpful staff

fantastic locationhelpful staffnice breakfastinconvenient bathroom
The location was fantastic. I was literally around the corner from the beach. The staff were very nice and chatty, they stored our luggage before and after arrival. This was very helpful! The breakfast buffet was nice, with plenty of choice.
There was only one bathroom in each room, no others outside! It was really not convenient, as I had to wait a very long time.
Facilities

A breakfast buffet provided many options. This included both hot and cold items. Luggage storage was available before check-in and after check-out. It helped avoid carrying bags around. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi.
